If this event is cancelled or postponed by the venue or the organisers a full refund will be issued to the ticket holder including any booking fees incurred.

If a ticket holder cannot attend an event and cancellation is made 48 before the event commences

  1. The ticket can be used by a friend OR
  2. The ticket holder can use the ticket for a future event OR
  3. A full refund will be issued minus the booking fee incurred to us by Ticket Tailor

If a ticket holder cannot attend an event and cancellation is made within 48hrs of the events commencement

  1. The ticket can be used by a friend AND
  2. The ticket price will not be refunded AND
  3. The ticket holder will not be able to attend a future event with this ticket.

Any cancellation must be made directly with the organiser via email or telephone.
