Step into an unforgettable evening of French elegance and seasonal indulgence at the stunning Crannagael House. Set against the backdrop of its rich heritage — home to John & Jane Nicholson, whose ancestors planted the first Bramley apple seedling in County Armagh — this experience promises a true celebration of la cuisine française.
Chef Gareth Reid and his talented team from 4 Vicars Catering will present a beautifully curated menu inspired by the very best of French seasonal cooking. Showcasing exceptional local produce alongside classic French techniques, each dish will reflect both sustainability and sophistication — bringing a refined Plot-to-Plate experience with a continental twist.
Every course will be thoughtfully paired with exquisite French wines, hand-selected by Darren Rafferty of JN Wine. Expect a journey through some of France’s most celebrated regions, perfectly complementing the flavours of the menu.
